Hi I'm new. My name is Bella. I have had PN for 2 years. My PN was the result of an operation to remove a bartholin cyst. I still work 32 hrs a week. I am in chronic pain but havre decided not to let it rule my life. I have a home made cushion which I sit on part of the time at work and a standing desk the rest of the time. I take 2 tramadol twice a day, Duloxotine morning and night and pregabalin twice a day. This website has helped me lots Thanks to everyone who posts on here

Hi Bella. Sounds like you have been very proactive in finding the treatments you need and managing your pain. t's great that you've been able to continue working because it seems like that would help distract you from the pain somewhat. Hopefully over time you will continue to heal and will be able to live a normal life.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
