I have a vague memory of going of doing a minor bowel prep the night before the surgery. But it was no big deal at all. I might have just had to take a laxative.

Many thanks, Dr Bollens and team were very professional. He confirmed compression in Alcocks canal as I suspected. I feel as though I am already showing signs of improvement straight after surgery, so fingers crossed it doesn’t re-entrap. Pain levels already starting to fluctuate faster than expected. What a journey to get here.
